Shortly after taking office, President Donald Trump ended the use of the CBP One App used by illegal migrants to enter the U.S., and canceled all remaining appointments made through the software.

“Effective January 20, 2025, the functionalities of CBP One that previously allowed undocumented aliens to submit advance information and schedule appointments at eight southwest border ports of entry is no longer available, and existing appointments have been cancelled,” the Customs and Border Protection agency’s website reads.

President Trump to Revoke Security Clearances for 51 Intelligence Officials Who Signed Hunter Biden Laptop Letter

As President Donald Trump starts his second term in office, one of the over 200 executive orders he is planning to sign will include a revocation of the security clearances for 51 former and current intelligence officials who claimed that Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation.”

According to the New York Post, President Trump’s executive order will name all 51 individuals who signed an open letter in October of 2020 claiming that the revelations of Hunter Biden’s laptop, which included proof of his lucrative foreign business deals in exchange for access to his father Joe Biden, had “the classic earmarks” of “Russian disinformation.” The group has since come to be known as the “Spies Who Lie.”

U.S. Government Awarded Sensitive Research Grants to Scientists in Chinese Communist Party Talent Programs

U.S. government agencies have awarded sensitive scientific, military and energy grants to dozens of researchers participating in Chinese government programs linked to economic espionage, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation found.

The DCNF identified 50 federally-funded researchers currently working in U.S. universities and/or national laboratories who are listed as experts of Chinese government talent recruitment schemes, like the Thousand Talents Plan (TTP) and Chang Jiang Scholars program, following a months-long review of the talent plans’ websites, Chinese government documents, university profiles and state-run media reports.
