On Monday, the lower house of the California State Legislature passed a bill that would incentivize out-of-state children to come to the state to receive life-altering “gender transition” treatment if their home states have banned such procedures.
Fox News reports that the bill, SB 107, was passed by the California State Assembly after initially being introduced by State Senator Scott Wiener (D-Calif.), who has become notorious for introducing and passing numerous bills to legalize sexually degenerate behavior and loosening penalties for sexual crimes, among other drastic far-left measures. Wiener, who is homosexual, represents a district that includes San Francisco.
